Thirty-three percent of registered voters said that they had read the U.S. Constitution in the past year. That's not 33% of lawyers, that's not even 33% of Federalist Society lawyers. That's not, God bless them, even 33% of Texans. That's 33% of registered voters who has said in the last year they had read the Constitution.
