NASA Employees Get Photo-Op With Shuttle Before It, And They, Are Fired

This has got to be one of the saddest stories about job losses yet. The space shuttle Discovery is slated to make its last journey in February, at which point up to 8,000 NASA workers will be laid off. Many of those workers were bussed out to the shuttle for a final photo-op this week..... to commemorate their impending unemployment.
