Rubio Gains Another Endorsement In Florida Senate Primary

House Minority Whip Eric Cantor has added his name to the long list of endorsements for Marco Rubio. Cantor said that Charlie Crist has abandoned the Republican party by supporting Barack Obama's stimulus packages and by vetoing educational reforms that are supported by many Florida Republicans.

Cantor said Crist's talk of running as an Independent is shameful. If Crist is willing to abandon the Party that has supported him for so long, the Governor is clearly in the race for nothing more than a power grab.

In this humble Floridian's opinion, Charlie Crist has never been in it for anything more than a power grab since he started his short political career.
