Obamacare Gets Personal For Members Of Congress

The New York Times? Reporting on Members of Congress getting flustered about having to use the health insurance plan they've just legislated for all of America?

Astounding.
The confusion raises the inevitable question: If they did not know exactly what they were doing to themselves, did lawmakers who wrote and passed the bill fully grasp the details of how it would influence the lives of other Americans?
Alas, my enthusiasm was short-lived. Almost immediately, the Times starts proposing "solutions" to this problem.
Congress must now decide what steps, if any, it can take to deal with the problem. It could try for a legislative fix, or it could adopt internal policies to minimize any disruptions.
Got that? One very live option, according to the Times, is for Congress to legislate away the problems in the health care bill... for themselves. That's all in the good name of "minimizing disruptions."

The Times also reports on a CBO analysis that found the wording of the bill was deliberately imprecise when it came to timelines for forcing Obamacare on Congressional workers. Looks like the workers writing the bill wanted to delay the pain as long as possible...
