Surprise Visit From Dick Cheney

Liz Cheney brought along her pop in a surprise CPAC appearance, and the crowd went crazy.

Cheney's appearance was short — under five minutes — and he emphasized the need to pass the torch on to other generations. He, like the rest of the speakers and attendees at CPAC, is wildly optimistic about the GOP's electoral chances.
I think when we've achieved the kinds of results we've achieved in places like Virginia, New Jersey, and Massachusettes, the sky is the limit here. I think 2010 is going to be a phenomenal year. And I think Barack Obama is a one-term president.
