Coakley Concedes: Brown Takes Massachusetts

Dave Wasserman, editor of the Cook Political report, said that Brown is consistently overperforming their expectations by 3-4 % points.

Rasmussen's unscientific exit polls, released at 8pm tonight, found that Brown won 22% of Democrats. That statistic made it near impossible for Coakley to pull off a victory.
