Climategate Scientist Temporarily Steps Down; Democrats Again Block Out The Opposition

He was the one who said he used a "trick" to "hide the decline" in global temperature increases. Phil Jones will leave his position as director of the Climatic Research Unit until an independent review of the situation is completed. Jones has said his remarks were taken out of context, and that "trick" meant "a clever thing to do."

Also - the House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming had a hearing today, discussing the validity of global warming science. Who was on it? Two prominent global warming scientists in the Obama administration. Republicans on the Committee were denied the opportunity to host a global warming skeptic.
