New Pennsylvania Law Says No to Touching Women's Baby Bumps

Pregnancy is beautiful, oh but not too pretty, I don’t want to get in trouble! In Pennsylvania it is now illegal to touch a woman’s pregnant belly against her will. Well I guess that makes sense, seeing as touching a woman without her consent is illegal already. Why is it that we need to make laws against this too?
