And before our lefty commenters start caterwauling, no, I'm not opposed to apologizing for mistakes. The point of this montage isn't to make a substantive or serious argument. It's to showcase a (generally) nasty bunch in damage control mode after some of their nastiest commentaries crossed some line of propriety with the suits upstairs. Other remarks went unpunished, and certain hosts typically just don't do corrections. Also, the clip above doesn't even include this latest surreal mea culpa. Lean forward.
