Tonight was a very good night for Virginia Republicans, who won back three Democratic seats in CD's 2, 5, and 9. Keith Fimian, however, has lost to incumbent Democrat Gerry Connolly -- but by fewer than 500 votes. Also, two voting machines malfunctioned, and those vote tallies will be hand-counted by tomorrow. Regardless of how those shake out, a full recount is likely due to the closeness of the race.
