Matthews: Religious Right Most Resembles The Taliban

I'm guessing Matthews' comment was a tactical one for it's YouTube potential (i.e., ridiculous). In the spirit of Zell Miller, "I wish we could go back to the days" when Matthews was wrong sometimes, charming many times, and funny a lot of times. MSNBC obviously gave him a kick in the butt to be more Left, leaving more people (like me) to choose another show at that hour.

BTW: How about Gaffney's comment to Ron Reagan: "Your father would be ashamed of you!"? Whatever President Reagan would think of his son, I'm guessing the first thought would be to wonder where every ounce of masculinity chose to live after departing from his son's body.
