Matthews: Howard Dean Is John the Baptist Because He 'Laid The Path' For Obama

And the voice of The Howler crying on "Hardball" proclaimed to the multitudes:

     "Behold, prepare the way of The One;
      Make His paths lean way to the West.
      Every valley shall be filled
      And every mountain and hill brought leftward;
      The right places shall be made left
      And the conservative ways liberal;
      And all Americans shall see the wonder of Obama. 
      Then he said to the multitudes that came out to be baptized by him
    'I indeed baptize you with Kool Aid; but The One mightier than I is coming, who I am not worthy to share a burger or waffle with. He will baptize you with Government and popularity.'
