Reid Postpones Debt Ceiling Vote Till Sunday Afternoon

Sen. Harry Reid just said on the Senate floor that debt ceiling negotiations are going on right now in White House -- didn't say who was there -- but that the White House wanted as much time as possible. 

Reid has now scheduled the cloture vote on his debt ceiling deal at 1 p.m. tomorrow, with the Senate convening at noon.
