Steny Hoyer Tries to Translate Reid vs. Boehner

Minority Whip Steny Hoyer just gave a brief conference trying to explain the deal/no deal contradiction you hear coming out of Reid and Boehners' offices.

He said Reid is merely saying there's been an agreement on the number of spending cuts acceptable.

He said Boehner is saying that until there's an agreement on ALL items, there's not an agreement.

All we need now is for someone to say, "Let me be clear...."
