Senate Repeals Don't Ask, Don't Tell

The Senate passed the House legislation to repeal "don't ask, don't tell" this afternoon by a vote of 65-31. The passage was expected due to a successful cloture

The Senate isn't finished this weekend yet, however. Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid also said the Senate will assemble at noon tomorrow and will probably vote on START legislation tomorrow afternoon around 2 pm.
