Former Vice President Joe Biden is expected to announce his 2020 presidential run online this Thursday, according to new reports.

Biden will announce his White House ambitions a few weeks after he fielded a scandal about his past behavior with women. Nevada politician Lucy Flores accused Biden of inappropriately touching the back of her head, before two other women accused him of sexual harassment. Those charges spurred the media to analyze all of the former VP's overly personal interactions.
