'Clean Repeal' Bill Fails

A day after rejecting the Obamacare repeal and replacement bill, the Senate has voted down the repeal only plan Wednesday by a vote of 45-55.

On Tuesday, the Senate voted on a motion to proceed to debate on the Obamacare replacement bills.
