More Democratic Senators Say They're Not Going To Filibuster The SCOTUS Nominee

Both Guy and Matt wrote earlier about how a growing number of Democrats say that they're not planning on filibustering Neil Gorsuch's nomination to the Supreme Court. Now, the list has grown to seven.

Most of the seven senators are from states that went for Donald Trump, but there are some notable exceptions from blue states.

The list:

  • Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT)
  • Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE)
  • Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND)
  • Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV)
  • Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO)
  • Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT)
  • Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL)

Conversely, here are the members of Congress who are definitely not going to support Gorsuch. (Spoiler alert: They're all from pretty safe Blue States. Brave.)
