How Obama Commemorated 9/11

Life is for the living, and at a certain point, it's just a fact that Americans are going to go about their business on 9/11 -- in fact, it's a good thing.  It's the ultimate expression of confidence that the terrorists have not won, and never will.

Even so, there is something profoundly unseemly about President Obama using this day to campaign in a radio interview with "DJ LAZ," a/k/a "The Pimp With the Limp" -- distortingt he facts on MediCare, trash talking the Dolphins and name-checking "Pitbull" and "Flo Rida."

That's especially true for a guy who apparently can't find time to get his national security briefings or meet with his jobs council.
