Giving Away the TSA

It's not enough that Democrats on Capitol Hill are working hand-in-glove with lobbyists to try to stop Republican spending cuts.

Democrats in the executive branch are doing their part, too, to reward their big contributors.  The newest?  The Obama administration has authorizing collective bargaining for the screeners at the Transportation Security Administration -- thus serving the government employees unions up to 50,000 new members on a silver platter. As my column points out, this move will only hurt Americans' security -- both personal and financial.

But it tells you a lot about President Obama's priorities -- and those of the rest of his party.
