Glenn Nye is a no.  He was a "no" last time.

Jim Matheson (Utah) is staying a "no."

Loretta Sanchez is nowhere to be found(!),

but she's whipped as a no.  She was a "yes" last time.

According to the count at The Hill right now, it looks like the Dems can't afford to lose anyone else; they're at the limit of 37 no's/lean no's right now.

So Nancy Pelosi may have to come to terms with some of Stupak's people.  But anyone (yes, I'm talking to you, Marcy Kaptur! and a few others) tempted to cross over and vote for the greatest expansion of abortion rights in American history -- based on nothing more than some illusory promises about an executive order from the most pro-abortion-rights president ever --  might want to take a look at this communication from the Catholic bishops.

You can vote for this bill and say you're pro-life . . . but you're not.
