Sweetening a Poisoned Pill
Over at US News & World Report, Peter Roff points out an overlooked  but significant part of the Democrat "cap and trade" (cap and tax) bill. 

If the new cap and trade regime is going to bring "jobs, jobs, jobs" as Nancy Pelosi has promised, and if it's really -- as the President described it --

a "jobs bill," then why does it include such generous and extensive provisions for the newly-unemployed?

Fair question.
