The LA Times offers a parade of horribles concerningthe cuts that may come in the aftermath of the welcome defeat of California's tax-raising propositions.

Here are a few that aren't mentioned, but should be at the top of the list:

Give state employees the same kind of pensions that workers in the private sector have -- rather than the gold-plated Cadillac versions that make them millionaires after only 22 years of service.

Make it easier to fire incompetent, dangerous or indifferent teachers, rather than keeping some who aren't even working on the payroll.

Deport the illegal aliens in state prison.

Oh, and please cut the salaries of the incompetent tax-and-spenders in Sacramento who claim to "represent" us.
