The Testing Continues

Testing of our new and inexperienced Commander-in-Chief continues as Russia weighs creating military bases in Venezuala and Cuba.

The problem, of course, is that if President Obama allows Russia really to gain a foothold in the western hemisphere (in violation of the Monroe Doctrine), it becomes incredibly difficult for his successor to do anything about it.
