The True "Hope" of Barack Obama

Writing in the Washington Post, Kay Hymowitz notes the extreme disadvantages incurred by the black community as a result of increased illegitimacy and the absence of fathers over the past several decades.

If Barack Obama and his family can set the example in this regard, it will be to the benefit of countless children -- and our society as a whole. Now that would be "change you can believe in."
