Where's the Plan, Stan?

Barack Obama refuses to release any plan for addressing the market until after the Treasury and Fed do. Ah, leadership.

He bases his decision on the importance of the Fed and Treasury plans to have the chance to reassure the markets "unimpeded by partisan wrangling."

Hm. Too bad his policy on Iraq and the safety of our troops there hasn't been undergirded by the same concern.
