On Friday night, Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang defended fellow candidate Tulsi Gabbard, after Hillary Clinton accused Gabbard of being a Russian asset.
In a tweet, Yang stated, "Tulsi Gabbard deserves much more respect and thanks than this. She literally just got back from serving our country abroad."

Gabbard is a veteran of the Iraq War who serves in the Hawaii Army National Guard. She recently took two weeks off the campaign trail to attend an active duty joint-training exercise in Indonesia. She is the first female combat veteran to run for president.
In a recent podcast, Hillary Clinton accused Gabbard of being a Russian asset. Gabbard responded to the accusation on Twitter, calling Clinton "the queen of warmongers," and daring Clinton to enter the presidential race directly.
