UPDATE (8:00 p.m. EST):
Kansas City Police are looking for two suspects who they believe are responsible for the shooting.
According to the Associated Press, the four people who died were all Hispanic but police do not believe the attack was racially motivated.
From the AP:
Bartender Jose Valdez told the newspaper that he had refused to serve one of the suspects on Saturday night because the man had previously caused problems at the bar. Valdez said the man threw a cup at him and left, but returned later with another man shortly before closing time.
The gunfire created smoke inside the business, Valdez said, and he thought the building was "going to cave in."

The suspect, said to be a Hispanic male, walked into the bar and began shooting with a handgun. Casings from a handgun were found at the scene.
"Detectives are here and are looking at any surveillance," Tomasic told KSHB-TV. "This is definitely one of those that we’re going to do everything very slowly, very methodically and correctly."
Police are unsure if there was just one shooter. As of now, no suspect is in custody.
Agents from the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are on scene working with the Kansas City Police Department.
