PALIN: Says she doesn't believe it's all man-made, although some if it may be. Mentions "cyclical changes." Then says, "I don't want to argue about the causes, what I want to argue about is how are we going to get there to positively affect the impacts."

BIDEN: "I think it is man-made, I think it is clearly man-made."
