Yes, she really issued a response to "that wrinkly white haired guy." And she did it sitting poolside in a skimpy one piece while working on her tan. In the spot, Paris is like Elle Woods goes to Washington, complete with a pink White House. See below. Warning, the heiress had to throw a swear word in there:
