California's Meg Whitman In A 5-Point Lead

According to the Washington Examiner, California GOP gubernatorial candidate, Meg Whitman is 5-points ahead of Attorney General Jerry Brown. In the new poll from the Public Policy Institute of California, it showed Whitman thrashing ahead of her primary opponent, Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner by 50 points.

For the Senatorial campaign, incumbent Senator Barbara Boxer, former Hewlett-Packard Chief Executive Carly Fiorina, and former Representative Tom Campbell are all essentially tied. According to The Washington Examiner, “Campbell led Boxer in a hypothetical matchup, and Fiorina trailed by 1 point.
