President Trump’s supporters who thirst for a 2020 re=election victory can purchase red colored straws bearing the iconic Trump name.

“Liberal paper straws don’t work. STAND WITH PRESIDENT TRUMP and buy your pack of recyclable straws today,” the description on the campaign store reads. A pack with 10 of the American-made sipping implements costs $15 before shipping or taxes.

While the first batch of straws had sold out, Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale tweeted that the manufacturer would make enough to meet the demand. When someone on Twitter said they wanted the straws but expressed displeasure at the price, Parscale pointed out that the money goes to the Trump campaign.

President Trump spoke about the topic of plastic straws on Friday. “Trump was asked as he departed the White House for New Jersey whether he is in favor of banning plastic straws,” according to The Hill. “The question came as his campaign began selling plastic straws in response to growing bans on the items among local governments and businesses for environmental reasons.”

“I do think we have bigger problems than plastic straws. You know it’s interesting about plastic straws. So, you have a little straw, but what about the plates, the wrappers and everything else that are much bigger and they’re made of the same material?” he asked. “The straws are interesting. Everybody focuses on the straws. There’s a lot of other things to focus,” he said, noting that, “it’s an interesting question.”
