Nike Introduces New Islamic Wear

After a year in the making, sports clothing company Nike is rolling out its new fashion line -- Islamic friendly women's wear that will cover customers from head to toe.

According to a report form the Independent, the fabric was made with "Middle Eastern temperatures in mind... for a personalized fit that adapts to the wearer and is designed using fluff threads to eliminate rubbing and irritation."

“The Nike Pro Hijab has been a year in the making, but its impetus can be traced much further back to Nike’s founding mission, to serve athletes, with the signature addendum: If you have a body, you’re an athlete,” Nike said in a statement.
