MSNBC's guest host "pushed back" after asking Congressman Henry Waxman to address the "huge disparity" between the net worth of Americans and those who work in Congress. Waxman both times attempts to re-focus the discussion on those disgusting one-percenters: "It's not the Congress...the big problem is the top one-percent."
