Recreational Marijuana Legalization Makes Ballot in Arizona

Arizona residents will be joining Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, and California this November in voting on whether or not to legalize marijuana for recreational use. The Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol was told on Wednesday that the measure garnered enough signatures to be included on the ballot.

The initiative will be known as "Proposition 205" and will permit adults over the age of 21 to consume and possess marijuana. A person will also be permitted to grow up to six plants for personal use.

Arizona legalized medical marijuana back in 2010.
