FiveThirtyEight Adjusts Election Day Forecast: Clinton Leading Now

So much for the convention bump: The website FiveThirtyEight has updated their presidential forecast to show that Hillary Clinton has a 69 percent chance of winning the election this November.

Last week, the forecast gave Trump a 57 percent chance of becoming president--a lead that has evaporated (and then some) following the Democratic National Convention.

Despite the flipped forecast, this isn't the worst Trump has fared in FiveThirtyEight's predictions. At the end of June, Trump was only given a 19.7 percent chance of winning the election.
