President Obama to Speak on Guantanamo Bay at 10:30 ET

President Obama will make a statement today about the future of Guantanamo Bay at 10:30 a.m. from the Roosevelt Room, it was announced early on Tuesday morning. Obama is expected to be discussing the plan to eventually shutter the prison.
