Armie Hammer Slams Fellow Celebs Sharing Selfies They Took With Stan Lee

Stan Lee, the legendary creator of some of our favorite superheroes, died at the age of 95 on Monday. Stars of the Marvel Universe shared their condolences on social media, posting sweet messages of how Lee touched their lives.

Actor Armie Hammer was not impressed with fellow celebrities who chose to honor Lee with a selfie. He sarcastically wrote how "touched" he was by the actors' photos.

Hammer's Twitter followers pushed back a bit, wondering what was so offensive about the photos. Here's how he responded.

Hammer wasn't calling out just a few celebs. Just about the whole Avengers team shared pictures of themselves with Lee.

Hammer offered an exception for The Incredible Hulk, Mark Ruffalo, who was nowhere to be seen in his tribute to Lee.

“This was an example that stood out and made me think his post was actually about Stan,” Hammer said, approvingly.

Lee thrilled his comic book fans by making a funny cameo in each Marvel film. Fans are hoping to see him one more time in Avengers: Infinity War Part Two, still untitled.
