Lefty Mob Tries to Cancel Actor Terry Crews for Touting Equality for All

Actor and reality show host Terry Crews has found himself on the receiving end of the woke mob’s cancel attacks.

On Tuesday, Crews tweeted his doubts about whether the Black Lives Matter movement was producing positive impacts on society.

“If you are a child of God, you are my brother and sister,” the "America’s Got Talent" host tweeted Tuesday.

“I have family of every race, creed and ideology,” he continued. “We must ensure #blacklivesmatter doesn’t morph into #blacklivesbetter.”

Many critics on Twitter did not take kindly to Crew’s unifying message, including celebrities, media personalities, and activists.

“The worst minstrels are the ones who never needed the shoe polish,” New Yorker writer Jelani Cobb wrote

“It’s truly embarrassing how you keep displaying your poor reading comprehension and lack of critical thinking,” wrote podcast host Ira Madison III.

While plenty of users were quick to remark that Crews was out of touch with the message of the movement and essentially a traitor to the black community, there were those who came to their defense.

“I was wondering why Terry Crews was being ‘canceled’ in comments on Twitter, only to find out it was over a message about equality,” wrote conservative activist and commentator Mindy Robison. “Equality means equal, not better than.”

This is not the first time Crews has been a target on Twitter. In early June Crews tweeted, “Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy.”

Just as he did from the tweet from Tuesday morning, Crews received a great deal of condemnation from Twitter users. He even went on to try and have a conversation with those who disagreed with him, to no avail.

Crews has yet to respond to the comments from his most recent tweet.
