Tim Burton has put his typical eccentric spin on Dumbo in a new reimagined take of the classic Disney tale out in theaters March 29. The live version remake features the same plot, but with the addition of a stunning visual experience that even blew away the star studded cast.
"I got such goosebumps when I walked on to the set for the first time," actor Colin Farrell shared in a new feature, "Soaring to Heights," featuring some behind-the-scenes footage of the film.
Judging by the trailer, audiences are in for a treat. Larger-than-life animals, colorful circus clowns, and peculiar costuming will delight moviegoers for nearly two hours.
Eva Green, who plays Colette Marchant in the film, said she sometimes "felt like she was dreaming" while filming.
It was even a visual first for Hollywood vet Danny DeVito, who said, "I've never done anything quite like this."
"Unbelievable" was how Michael Keaton described it.
It's all thanks to Burton giving us another glimpse of his imaginative mind. He was the perfect director for the film, Green explained, because he understands "outsiders, people who don't fit in, vulnerable souls like Dumbo."

For those who don't quite remember the childhood classic, Disney's Dumbo is a young circus elephant born with extra large ears. Although he is mocked at first by his peers, he eventually discovers that his funny feature is actually a soaring superpower.
"It reaffirms that individuality is a good thing," Colin Farrell explains.
Dumbo is in theaters March 29.
