Pittsburgh-based rapper Mac Miller was declared dead from an overdose Friday, TMZ reports. Authorities found him in his San Fernando Valley home. He was only 26 years old.

Miller had recently been arrested for a DUI and a hit-and-run. His famous ex, Ariana Grande, asked him to "take care of himself" on Twitter after the incident.
Miller's fellow rappers tweeted their condolences.

The artist had planned to start a new tour at the end of October.
