I thought Joe Biden was going to stay the Democratic presidential nominee for certain. Now, I think it's almost certain, but there's a chance he will drop out, and it has to be voluntary. As a practical matter, Biden's decision must be voluntary and the party nomination pretty much has to go to Vice President Kamala Harris. I don't see any other option.
