Biography
Cliff Perkins is a retired naval officer with 24 years in the U.S. Navy, former chief of requirements for long-term space systems, has two tours at Unified Space Command, and spent 15 years with Lockheed Martin on space programs, including Atlas V rockets and commercial space. He is also an educator, and writer on national security and space policy issues. Cliff resides in Colorado.
