This week, Christine Blasey Ford crawled out of wherever she's been hiding to make an appearance on ABC's "The View." She's out with a new book, a memoir, and the embarrassingly female hosts of the show gave her ample opportunity to reestablish false accusations and lies about Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Blasey Ford, a resident of California and a professor, flew in for the occasion despite claiming under oath in 2018 that she is terrified of traveling on airplanes.
"Even today, some people remain skeptical of your story," host Sarah Haines said, as if there was loads of evidence or facts being ignored to back up her salacious claims.
To nobody's surprise, the show hosts failed to hold Blasey Ford accountable for her jumbled and inconsistent statements – now and five years ago. Further, they conveniently didn't mention the more than 400-page report produced after her testimony that found not a single claim made against Kavanaugh had evidence. In fact, dozens of interviews conducted as part of the investigation refuted claims from Kavanugh's accusers.
"After an extensive investigation that included the thorough review of all potentially credible evidence submitted and interviews of more than 40 individuals with information relating to the allegations, including classmates and friends of all those involved, Committee investigators found no witness who could provide any verifiable evidence to support any of the allegations brought against Justice Kavanaugh," the report states. "In other words, following the separate and extensive investigations by both the Committee and the FBI, there was no evidence to substantiate any of the claims of sexual assault made against Justice Kavanaugh."
One woman, Judy Munro Leighton, admitted to falsely accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct during his confirmation hearings to "get attention."

"Under questioning by Committee investigators, Ms. Munro-Leighton admitted, contrary to her prior claims, that she had not been sexually assaulted by Judge Kavanaugh," the report detailed. "She further confessed to Committee investigators that (1) she 'just wanted to get attention;' (2) 'it was a tactic'; and (3) 'that was just a ploy.' She told Committee investigators that she had called Congress multiple times during the Kavanaugh hearing process – including prior to the time Dr. Ford’s allegations surfaced – to oppose his nomination."
"Regarding the false sexual-assault allegation she made via her email to the Committee, she said: 'I was angry, and I sent it out.' When asked by Committee investigators whether she had ever met Judge Kavanaugh, she said: 'Oh Lord, no,'" the report continues.
Further blunting accusations against Kavanaugh and proving the allegations were an obviously calculated political hit job, a number of "witnesses" were referred to the Department of Justice for prosecution after submitting false claims to congressional investigators.
"The Committee is grateful to citizens who come forward with relevant information in good faith, even if they are not one hundred percent sure about what they know...But when individuals intentionally mislead the Committee, they divert Committee resources during time-sensitive investigations and materially impede our work. Such acts are not only unfair; they are potentially illegal," then Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley wrote in an October 2018 letter to DOJ. "It is illegal to make materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements to Congressional investigators. It is illegal to obstruct Committee investigations."
One of the people referred for prosecution was attorney Michael Avenatti, another person "The View" slobbered all over before he went to prison in 2022 for attempting to extort Nike. He's locked up for at least 14 years.
The latest effort to promote Blasey Ford's claims against Kavanaugh simply adds to the long list of assaults from the left on the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. They are relentless – whether it's intimidating conservative justices at their homes, harassing their children at schools or smearing their names in the media once again. They want Americans to believe Kavanaugh is an illegitimate Supreme Court Justice, and therefore, the court he sits on is too – justifying calls to "reform" and pack the bench. They're at the bottom of the barrel and they're still trying to throw around the sludge.
