Congress can only be productive in 2014 if Republicans in Congress decide to do something for the American people, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) said on "Face the Nation" Sunday. "One of my predecessors, Lyndon Johnson was leader for six years. He had to overcome one or two filibusters; me, four hundred and thirty filibusters. Things are gotten way out of whack and that’s why we changed the rules," Reid said.
