But one juror, who was well-dressed and had seemed sane, refused to convict. He "just didn't feel good about the FBI (even tho our attitudes toward law enforcement were part of our voir dire.) He wouldn't budge. Just suspected the FBI has forced the confession--even tho there was NO evidence presented at trial that such was the case.

This may be about 'getting even' with Bush/Cheney/CIA however there could (and I believe it is) a more insidious motive. if his previous actions haven't proven where his
'religion' is, this most certainly does..and it's an act of terrorism against the people he purports to lead, a twin to his fly by in NYC way back in the Spring.

When o when will the thinking elected people start adding things up and start demanding answers?we may have to wait til next Nov to remove these thugs from office but the Republicans can start hammering these criminals

It's not just you. Of course, this is an attempt at a show trial and Bush and the CIA are on trial although they will not have a voice in the courtroom. The trial in the public square, assisted by the gatekeeper media, is where the real action will be.

That goes for almost ANY form of government these days. Here in SoCal some guys were out by Ramona target shooting. The AFT guy or warden, whatever G-man, came up and asked to inspect the weapons and see the paper work.

Lindsey (FINALLY!)! Is has been suggested by some that there is an alternate agenda for the trial of these 5 in Federal Court. Both Holder and Captain Obumbles know that acquittal is a strong possibility and they both know that their political lives as well as the demoRATS depend on "justice" being meted out to these 5! And one way to achieve that goal would be to suspend certain articles within the Constitution, thus allowing Captain Obumbles even greater latitude in "massaging" the Constitution into a "more coherent and relevant" document attuned to the needs of today! It's pretty clear that Holder did what they wanted to do. There was no legal precedent for it. In fact his testimony is clear that he either didn't look for one or didn't find one and did it anyway.

Is it just me or do they see this as a show trial. Statements like they made guaranteeing a conviction should raise the hackles on anyone with a brain -as well as being proof that Holder should never have been allowed within three thousand miles of any government position.
