This week, I am told that Rudy Giuliani will be speaking to the Heritage Foundation. As you probably know, former Attorney General Ed Meese holds the Ronald Reagan Chair in Public Policy at Heritage.

Interestingly, as a United States Attorney, Giuliani authorized labeling Ed Meese a "sleaze" -- and said he was probably not well suited to be Attorney General ...

It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall at that meeting.
