Axelrod: "I Will Shave Off My Mustache" If Obama Loses Michigan, Minnesota or Pennsylvania
Obama campaign senior strategist David Axelrod went on MSNBC this morning to project an air of confidence about Team Obama's re-election chances amid what might be an expanding battleground map.

In response to a question from Joe Scarborough on recent polls in Michigan, Minnesota and Pennsylvania showing Mitt Romney within 3-4 points of President Obama, Axelrod said, "with all due respect to the polls out there, they're all over the map. I can only rely rely on the information that I have, that I count on - that is, solid research."

"I will come on Morning Joe and I will shave off my mustache of 40 years if we lose any of those three states," Axelrod said.
