obama is not only a liar; he is the ultimate liar. Believe nothing coming from his mouth or at least check it out through several sources. He lurches in the shadows then strikes when there is a possibility to take credit for something good and lay the blame somewhere if something bad. Everything about him is mostly fabrication, delusion or absolute arrogance.

See if you can figure this out:
When Obama was a senator, he was opposed to the war and opposed to the surge.
When he became president, he had to manage the war.
Only people with small minds find any inconsistency in that.

and he will lie again on this issue (and any others he EVER talks about)
in 100 years, if the US is still around and the eccomony is ok, he will claim credit for it

There might be something on The History Channel.
Obama's speech is going to screw up the first fifteen minutes of NCIS, the ONLY drama-type program I regularly watch.
Most of the programs are pure Bravo Sierra, but the story lines are quite good and the endings are often surprising.
I knew a few of the NCIS folks when I was in the Navy. Some were REALLY good -- and others couldn't have found a cross in a Catholic church!
Face it, Obama could screw up an iron bar!

same effect as your average emetic. I desire to keep my dinner down so, I won't watch. I'm sure there's reruns of Law and Order on.
That's right! I DVR'd Glenn Beck. There WILL be something honorable to watch tonight.

amusing to watch the MSM spit and sputter while trying to work it so Obama does not look like a two-faced, flip-flopping idiot tonight who wants to take credit, for doing essentially nothing to end the Iraq War!
That is going to be difficult to do, considering that there are numerous statements in which he said the surge would not work.
It appears that, listening to Gibbs get his a&& nailed to the bulkhead by Ms. Carlson this morning, that they intend to claim that the surge wasn't the prime reason for the success obtained in Iraq. Rather, they intend to claim the bringing to the Sunni's, Shite's and Kurd's together was the prime reason. They, and the media, forget that most of this happened under Bush, when they got the...
