A Syrian protest falling under the "Occupy" umbrella has this to say to our current, negotiation-happy president:

Since the revolt against Syrian president Bashir Assad began in March during the "Arab Spring," over 5,000 protesters have died at the hands of Assad's brutal regime. Looks like these protesters know which president would have been a friend to their burgeoning democratic movement...
